Our lender is a trusted family friend and highly recommended Rodney. His knowledge of the Richmond area and experience was a critical factor in making our decision to work with Rodney. Rodney was extremely hard working and knowledgeable and far exceeded our expectations. He is very easy to talk to and was available all hours of the day and night to get us our perfect first house in this crazy market. He was patient with us and helped guide us in making decisions, but never pushed us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. Rodney is a great guy and we could tell he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We looked at 40+ houses and had put in several offers on other homes before we finally got the perfect house. He was extremely patient and understanding. It felt like a good friend was helping us find our first house. We knew very little about the process of buying a home. Rodney broke everything down for us and made sure we understood everything, even if we had to ask the same question several times. He worked tirelessly and we are so grateful to have had him in our corner for the purchase of our first house. We look forward to working with him in the future if we decide to sell our house and look for a new home.

I was referred to Rodney by my previous real estate agent, and she made a great recommendation! Rodney 1000% anticipated all our needs and helped us navigate through unknown territory with ease. His knowledge and expertise really made us feel great with our decisions along the way. He was basically available 24/7 to us and knowing we could rely on him for really anything was great to have when undergoing the stress of home buying. We have a young son (1.5) who had to tag along with us for most of our showings and Rodney made him feel welcome and even included in the search! He was wonderful with him! I will, and already have recommended friends/family to Rodney's services and will continue to do so.

We really enjoyed working with Rodney. In fact, this is the second house he's helped us purchase. He always made us feel like we were his top priority. He's very professional but easy going as well which my wife and I really liked. He made the whole process very painless both times we worked with him and knew we could fully trust him. If you want someone to be attentive and understand your every need, contact Rodney. He has helped me twice in 4 years buy new homes. Rodney knows his business and doesn't an excellent job at it. He goes out of his way to make sure you are doing okay, if you need anything and helps you with any questions and concerns you may have. Rodney is a gem in my book!! Hire him for you next selling or buying process.
